The problem
What the project was actually trying to solve: the real need, the constraint and the gap before any design or development decision was made.
Case studies
Each case study documents a project the studio has built and shipped, showing the original problem, the choices made along the way, what was prioritized and why, and what the outcome actually looks like.
Not a portfolio of screenshots. A readable account of how the work gets done.
Case studies
Every case study follows the same structure so you can read it in the order that matters to you, skip to the result if that is what you need, or read the full decision trail if you want to understand the process.
What the project was actually trying to solve: the real need, the constraint and the gap before any design or development decision was made.
What was chosen, what was ruled out and why. The strategic and technical decisions that shaped the outcome, explained honestly.
What was built, how it was structured and what it took to take it from brief to live product.
What happened after launch: downloads, traffic, conversions, rankings or user feedback. Numbers where they exist, honest assessment where they do not.
Case studies
Two case studies are live at the moment, both built around the studio's own product, Your Food. Client case studies are in preparation and will be added as projects reach a stage where they can be documented properly.
From a personal frustration to an app used by thousands of households worldwide.
How the daily problem of not knowing what was in the fridge and throwing away food that had quietly expired became a complete mobile product built and published entirely by the studio.

Case studies
The studio documents projects carefully and publishes case studies when a project is complete enough to write about honestly. The following are in preparation:
In preparation
A premium web experience for a private house in Golfe-Juan: editorial positioning, gallery, location, discreet booking journey and visual direction designed to translate the calm of the place.
In preparation
An immersive website for a characterful Kraków address, bringing Camelot CAFE, Lulu and Fedora into one world: identity, storytelling, menus, galleries, booking and multilingual experience.
Case studies
A portfolio of screenshots tells you what something looks like. A case study tells you how someone thinks, what they prioritize when trade-offs appear and whether they can explain the decisions that shaped the outcome. That is the information that actually matters when choosing who to work with.
The studio publishes case studies because the process behind the work is as important as the work itself, and because a client deserves to understand what they are getting into before a conversation even starts.
Contact
The case studies are here to give you an honest picture of how the studio works before any conversation about a brief. If you have read enough and want to talk about a project, the first conversation is free.

Both. Currently the two published case studies are about the studio's own product, Your Food. Client case studies covering website and marketing work are in preparation.
Yes. The studio waits until a project is live and has real results to report before writing the case study. In-progress work is flagged as coming soon rather than documented prematurely.
Yes. If you are looking for an example of a website, marketing campaign or app, get in touch and the studio can walk you through relevant projects directly, including work not yet published formally.
Current case studies are four to six minutes to read. The goal is to be thorough enough to be useful without padding them for length.
Only with your explicit agreement. The studio never documents client work without permission, and the level of detail shared is always discussed and approved before publication.
