Case studies

Real projects. Real decisions. Real results.

Each case study documents a project the studio has built and shipped, showing the original problem, the choices made along the way, what was prioritized and why, and what the outcome actually looks like.

Not a portfolio of screenshots. A readable account of how the work gets done.

Case studies

What each case study covers

Every case study follows the same structure so you can read it in the order that matters to you, skip to the result if that is what you need, or read the full decision trail if you want to understand the process.

01

The problem

What the project was actually trying to solve: the real need, the constraint and the gap before any design or development decision was made.

02

The approach

What was chosen, what was ruled out and why. The strategic and technical decisions that shaped the outcome, explained honestly.

03

The execution

What was built, how it was structured and what it took to take it from brief to live product.

04

The result

What happened after launch: downloads, traffic, conversions, rankings or user feedback. Numbers where they exist, honest assessment where they do not.

Published case studies

Four case studies are published: two studio-owned products and two client websites. Together they cover different contexts, from a mobile app to multilingual hospitality experiences.

Case studies

Why the studio writes case studies at all

A portfolio of screenshots tells you what something looks like. A case study tells you how someone thinks, what they prioritize when trade-offs appear and whether they can explain the decisions that shaped the outcome. That is the information that actually matters when choosing who to work with.

The studio publishes case studies because the process behind the work is as important as the work itself, and because a client deserves to understand what they are getting into before a conversation even starts.

FAQ

Common questions about the case studies.

Are the case studies about client projects or the studio's own products?

Both. Your Food presents the studio's product work; Camelot Magic and Maison LE POÈTE show client websites, their editorial direction, technical build and live experience.

Do you only publish case studies for completed projects?

The case studies cover live projects and elements that can actually be seen. When a product keeps evolving, the copy clearly separates what is already published from what is planned.

What do you show when a client project has no public performance figures yet?

The studio stays factual: the need, the chosen direction, published features, technical decisions and what the website enables today. Commercial outcomes are never invented to fill a page.

How long are the case studies?

Current case studies are four to six minutes to read. The goal is to be thorough enough to be useful without padding them for length.
