Data collected

Depending on the form used, the website may collect your name, email address and message. The project form may also request a phone number, contact preference, subject, indicative budget and desired timeline.

Purpose

This information is used only to answer your request, prepare a professional exchange, route product support or follow up on a project.

Legal basis

Processing is based on Harderue Studio's legitimate interest in answering received requests, or on pre-contractual exchanges when the request concerns a professional project.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for the time needed to process the request and follow the relationship. Exchanges without follow-up are deleted or archived within a reasonable period.

Recipients and processors

Data sent through the forms is intended for Harderue Studio and is used only to process your request or follow up on the project. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Two technical providers act as processors: LWS (Ligne Web Services, France) for website hosting and email delivery, and Google Ireland Limited for audience measurement when you have accepted it.

Transfers outside the European Union

If you accept audience measurement, Google Analytics may transfer data (including your truncated IP address and technical identifiers) to the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC adheres, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. If you decline audience measurement, no such transfer takes place: the Google script is never loaded.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions regarding its fate after your death. You can exercise these rights through the dedicated form on this page or by email. A response is provided within one month at most.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or online at cnil.fr.

Audience analytics

The site may use Google Analytics to measure audience activity, understand visited pages, monitor overall site performance and identify traffic sources. Links containing UTM parameters, for example from Instagram, LinkedIn, an email campaign or a QR code, may be used to attribute a visit to a specific campaign. No personalised advertising is enabled and audience data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.

Cookies and withdrawing consent

The site does not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics audience measurement is enabled only after consent is accepted from the consent banner, and no measurement cookie is set before your agreement. Your choice is stored in your browser so the site does not ask again on every visit; the language choice may also be stored. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Manage cookies” button, at the bottom of this page and in the site footer: the banner reappears and any measurement cookies already set are deleted.
